Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stolen Packages
Novelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the courier. If your package is lost, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, notify us immediately. Once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping details.
