Refund Policy

At Novelle, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion pieces. To maintain our standards and hygiene policies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

While we do not offer returns, we may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part.
  • The package is lost in transit and not delivered.

Reporting an Issue

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product showing the issue
  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label

If your claim is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations are not possible as processing begins immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing ordered (Please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
